I worked with Mike at the Ridgefield PO and have many found memories of him. He will surely be missed but never forgotten. My thought and prayers go out to his family.
The Day God Called You Home. God looked around his garden and found an empty place. He then looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful he always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering he knew you were in pain. He knew that you would never get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb. So he closed your weary eyelids and whispered. "Peace be Thine" It broke my heart to lose you but you didn't go alone, for part of me went with you the day God called you home.
May your new home find you well and give you live a life of peace and joy.
If you forgive others the wrongs they have done to you, your Father in heaven will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive the wrongs you have done. (Matthew 6:14-15)
I forgive the wrong that you have done and may you one day you find the Lord and bring him into your lives to rid the anger and hatred that you all feel within.
Please know how heartbroken we are at the loss of Michael. Michael and I always said we were “outlaws” together and my girls still thought of him as UNCLE Michael.a couple of things that were purely Michael are part of our family history . calling a homemade cake a “DUNDELOW CAKE” was all Michael and to this day is what we call a homemade cake Our friends and my girls friends always ask “ What’s a Dundelow Cake.? Which launches into many stories of their favorite uncle and how they missed him. Please know that Michael will never be forgotten. I would love to tell you more if you ever want.
Mike and I worked together for over 25 years. He was a true gentleman and it was a honor to know him. My son and I still wear the blue angels T-shirts he gave us years ago. I will think of you every time I look into the sky. R.I.P. Buzz.
Mike was my supervisor in New Canaan CT from 1994 to 1996. He hired me and told me that if I can serve in the U.S. Army and Gulf war then the Post office would be a piece of cake. He also helped my sister Virginia Gabriella to get to where she is in her Postal career. We became more than co workers, we became cousins and family. I am forever grateful. I will miss my cousin dearly. God has him now.
