I have so many good memories of my grandson Jayce (my nickname for him, Doonki, Doonk). Being a U.S. Army Veteran, I think back to Jayce’s 5th Birthday Party, when his theme was U.S. Army. It was one of the best kid’s party ever. He was dressed in his camouflage and watching him march around with all the little soldiers, doing cadence, Simon Said and field obstacle courses was such the highlight of his party. But watching the fun he had that day, filled my heart with so much joy. I love you so much and I miss you even more. S.I.P. Grandpa’s little soldier – Private Doonki Doonk!  Hooah!!!
