Janet’s joys included tending her flowers and plants, bird-watching, and she loved to read, both books and the Sunday comics.

Her dedication to her daughter, Diana, and son, Tom, was surpassed only by her devotion to her grandson, Matthew. They were not only grandmother and grandson, they were best buddies.

She loved the family dogs and was the reason for many wagging tails as well the recipient of many sloppy kisses.

She will be missed.
