I can not believe it’s been almost a year. It still seems as if it happened not long ago. When I think of Charlie, what comes to mind is him driving me to get a Valencia cake in the Bronx. That drive was so scary for me. His driving was terrible. Lol! But what kept me distracted were all his jokes. Making fun of me and my marriage to Lillian (instead of Matthew) lol! I still laugh at that! May the great memories of Charlie full you with joy. May the realization he is no longer suffering bring you peace. Praying for you guys during this time. Love you.
