Byrne, Berenice A. (nee Hopper) January 27, 1920 – October 6, 2016

Beloved wife of the late Thomas. Devoted mother of Mary (Richard) Bollati, Marjorie (Nicholas) Doyle, Elizabeth (John) Mazzella, Dorothea Falco & the late Eleanor Byrne-Holtz. Cherished grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of 10. Teacher for over 40 years with the NYC Board of Education and many colleges as well. Active community and church volunteer. Bernie strove to improve the lives of all she touched. She was an inspiration to many and will be greatly missed.
