My dear mother, Evelyn Gorshoff, was a very good friend of Nettie OHare. They both lived in the Classon Point section of the Bronx and got together frequently with Netties husband, Pete, and my father, John. Nettie came to my moms funeral in Manhattan, and I was both saddened and happy that she came. It brought back so many memories. My mom, husband, Tony, and I went to see a concert with Jane and Louise in the Throggs Neck section of the Bronx where the twins performed oldies.
