Aunt Dolly came to me many times the day she died.

Cleaning my linen closet I thought of her and the bright pink towels we bought together. Washing dishes I used the red dish drying mats she gifted me. I listened to the radio program, Swingin' with Sinatra, we 'd hear in the car on our Sunday morning shopping sprees.

She got my jokes and I loved making her laugh.

So many great thoughts about this tough yet sweet woman.

I will miss her dearly.
