Condolences

Condolence From: Laura Herzog
Condolence: Dear Ulf, I just dreamed of you last night. I can't quite remember what happened, but I just remembered meeting you last night. And that the moment was peaceful and tranquil and full of good energy. It's a bit weird to write this down in a digital way instead of saying it to the wind, but I just wanted you to know that I am thankful for your presence in my life and I am more than sure that you left your mark and your energy with so many people that met you. We keep you in our memories.

Condolence: Pastor Lunow was the Good Shepherd of First Lutheran and watched over his church flock. He served the Lord with his love of sharing the Word and helping those who were in need of comfort. Pastor Lunow loved to share his knowledge of the bible and helped others to understand the bible better. May that your flock take comfort in knowing that you have an angel to watch over you now.
May you rest now at the tree of life with its flowing rivers.

Condolence From: Evette Hitscher
Condolence: Pastor lived his life for the Lord. He was truly a humble man of God.

Pastor never left the side of the Hitscher family as Erika fought her last battle. And he always attempted to maintain the integrity and spirit of the Hans who was before dementia.

Pastor came to my mother's home as she lay dying and gave her ,last rights. Not because he had to--mom wasn't even Lutheran--but because this is what the Lord gifted him with--the ability to put the minds of others at ease because he was truly a servant of the Lord.

For everything, there is a season. Pastor passed one year to the day that my mother-in-law, Erika Hitscher did. I do not believe this was a coincidence. Oh, how they must be embracing. Of this, I am certain.

Respectfully,
Evette Hitscher

Condolence: Rest in Peace Pastor. You fought the good fight but God had other plans. You're truly "home" now. Your First Lutheran family will never forget your compassion, wisdom and spirit. May you you find peace in God's tender care. You will be missed.
