Obituary for Mary "Mimi" Curran
Mary (Mimi) Alicia Curran (nee Harrington), age 63 of New Rochelle, New York passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022. Mimi was born on August 10, 1959, to Gerald and Mary Harrington in the Bronx, N.Y.
Mimi graduated high school from St. Raymond's Academy in 1977. Following High School, she graduated from the Wood Secretarial School. She worked for many years as a legal secretary in the Law Office of Richard Schmidt.
Mimi is survived by her devoted husband Fred, her daughter Kristen Alicia, husband Brian and cherished grandson Jackson Albert, and daughter Jacqueline Mary and husband Kevin.
Mimi will be missed by her sister Jeannie (Gene) McMahon, her brother Roddy (Lisa) Harrington, brother-in-law Tom (Laura) Curran and sister-in-law Lorie Curran. She is survived by nieces Katie, Noreen, Nicole, Brianna, Cecilia, Deirdre and nephews Shawn, Brandon, and Chris as well as two grandnieces and three grandnephews.
Visitation will be held at Schuyler Hill Funeral Home at 3535 East Tremont Ave. in the Bronx on Monday, August 29 from 3-7 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, August 30 at 10:30 in St. Frances de Chantal Church 190 Hollywood Ave., Bronx N.Y.
