Lawrence Thomas Boyle passed away on January 29, 2021. Born on September 19, 1941 in Manhattan, NY to a loving couple, Margaret (Peggy) McNamara and her husband Samuel Boyle. On April 28, 1962 Lawrence married his sweetheart Eileen Raggett. Married for 58 years they made a beautiful life together filled with much happiness and love. They raised four children together. His family was his world and that is all that mattered to him. He served his country in the Army, and continued on to serve his city as a Detective in the NYPD. Everybody loved Larry and he made friends easily. He could hold a conversation with any person anywhere at any time. Larry could be seen at the numerous sporting events that his grandchildren participated in. His most beloved title was “Grandpa” and he loved nothing more than spending time with his seven adoring grandchildren who loved him to pieces. He was loved dearly by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
Lawrence is survived by his wife Eileen and his children, Lawrence Boyle (Diane), Robert Boyle, Sandra Luongo (Rich), and Suzanne Forte (Predeceased); Beloved grandfather of Nicole, Shannon, Larry, Alyssa, Matthew, Christopher and Andrew.
