Dora Sonnemann 88, nee Uhden, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2023. Dora was born in Scharmbeck-Stotel, Germany to Johann and Marie Uhden. Dora immigrated to New York in 1955 and married her husband, Wilhelm. She spent the rest of her life in Throggs Neck, the Bronx. Dora is survived by her son Henry (his wife Mary) and daughter Mary-Anne. She is also survived by her grandchildren William (his wife Olivia), Caitlin Gross (her husband Ben) and Sean (his wife Michelle), and one great grandchild, Ryan Gross. Dora is predeceased by her husband, Wilhelm.
