A memorial donation was made on behalf of the Carroll Family to honor the life, service and sacrifices of Lt. Raymond T. Kelly, FDNY (Ret.) who served the FDNY and our Nation faithfully.
I hope and pray that the prayers of a grateful community, city and Nation bring solace and comfort to all who love Ray. May God Bless his heroic soul.
