John J Flaherty died Friday March 10, 2017 in Kingston, NY. Born September 18, 1940 in the Bronx, NY to the late John and Edna Flaherty. John first worked for French & Company delivering antiques, then Zero Cab and last Crosby Car Service in the Bronx until his retirement. He enjoyed life spending as much time as he could in Atlantic City. His pride was his daughter Margaret who survives. He also enjoyed time with his many nieces and nephews and their children. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Robert, sister Virginia with whom he shared a birthday, 10 years apart. Surviving is his daughter Margaret Palacios; sister Edna Flaherty; brother-in-law, Hank Pomponio and many nieces and nephews.
